About Grandview

Grandview began life as BizWerx Communication in 1997. We changed our name to reflect our growing work in organization development and planning ('taking the grand view') and the fact that our clientele is a mix of business and public sector organizations. The name Grandview comes from the neighbourhood where Managing Partner Lorne Daniel grew up. There are Grandview neighbourhoods in many communities across North America, and the name reminds us of childhood, and a child's wonder at the grandness of life. We try to keep a bit of that sense of wonder in our work.
